My complaint:
Contacted on numerous occasions and the merchant sent a what they say a99 pound doorbell back as not fit for purpose wowcher refuses to refund and merchant don’t respond.
Suggested solution:
Full refund plus post and packing plus compensation for stress.
They have all files revalent.
I have sent loads of emails to wowcher they advertised a video doorbell worth £99. When it arrived it was a cheap doorbell worth about 20 pound. Would not work so I sent it back wowcher refuses to refund me evan though the item was misrepresented and was different to what they advertised. The merchant will not respond to email or phone yet I have the receipt which they signed for the return of the item . The customer service is terrible be warned.
