My complaint:
Brought a bed from woucher, paid extra for drawers, bed base arrived broken, no drawers, sent pictures to woucher, refurred onto merchant (surest beds) 39 emails later still getting nowhere, they keep giving me off, say they don’t have vans delivering in my area, I will have to wait until they do. So fed up this has been going on for six weeks, we got rid of our old bed as not expected all this, we are now sleeping on our new mattress on the floor with a broken base stored in my bedroom, no space, mess I don’t live like this, it’s really getting me down
Suggested solution:
Either replace the base as first discussed, but now I want a refund, but they won’t refund until bed has been collected, but they won’t collect on a Saturday, I’m not going to take another day of work unpaid for there error, I have been inconvenienced enough
