My complaint:
I had £50 of wowcher vouchers in my account to buy 2 advent calendars with. As I had not used wowcher before, I thought that I had ordered these advent calendars. After 2 and a half weeks went by, I realised that they hadn’t been delivered so I contacted wowcher. It was explained to me that these were vouchers that I had to redeem. I asked how to redeem them and then got told that they had magically expired the day before. I couldn’t speak to anyone about the issue and have been left scammed out of £50.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my £50 for items that I never received
