My complaint:
Ordered whilst moving flat, mistake.
Then did not receive redeem Code, when finally got around to deal with it no response, then they or their bot told me, expired, no refund.
Website has conflicting info, you can get another deal within 3 months, which I would accept, but I want my money back preferably.
Suggested solution:
Refund or similar deal
