My complaint:
I bought two Wowcher Gift PSR experiences one for my son and another for his wife. From the middle of June they have tried to book in at Woodbridge PSR on a weekday (they work weekends). Even with constant phoning the Woodbridge PSR site claim there are no week day slots available for either of them. They said try November but we cannot guarantee you will get any weekday slots. This is disgraceful. I paid £56.99 for each one a total of £113.83.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the full the amount of £113.83 to be paid back to bank account.
