My complaint:
On June 26 I bought a refurbished iPad 16GB with case from Wowcher Order Number:38631981 and the order was redeemed by Renew Electronics.(F9HHWQ-VHNJF9).it arrived on 9721. It would not work in spite of help from Apple.so on 16721 I asked Kalina from Renew Electronics for an address to return it. No reply from anyone so as I had to go into hospital for an operation i returned it to the address printed on the box it arrived in. I paid the postage expense and i received a Certificate of Posting Number 0211-A1AQ-0242-FC41 and it was delivered to postcode LE8 4GZ.Unit H Blaby Industrial Park, Winchester Avenue,Blaby,LE8 4GZ. Some days later I received an email from Renew Electronics saying it should have been delivered to a different address. I explained why I sent it to LE84GZ and I did not get back from hospital until July 21. I have asked for a refund of £138.99 on many occasions but they have refused.
Suggested solution:
Unless I receive a full refund of £138.99 I will have to refer Wowcher and Renew Electronics I will be contacting Visa Fraud and they will deal with it.

Can I ask how long it took for correspondence? As I’ve not received anything since redeeming the voucher on Wowcher. And renew electronics have not responded when I’ve tried to contact and wowcher aren’t doing anything about it since they haven’t responded to me either.
