My complaint:
I redeemed my wowcher, order no. 37061169, wowcher code UX3DHT-GHA9UN.
I was very much looking forward to receiving my festive afternoon tea for two, but I was very disappointed in it when it arrived.
There were only 7 finger sandwiches, and only one scone, and the advert said there should be two, which means there should have been 4 for two people. Two very tiny sprout tarts which were only a mouthful, not even a bite each. There was only one set of cakes and there should have been two sets. There were two biscuits.
This is not good value for money for two people.
This is an afternoon tea for one person not for two, and I paid for tea for two, as described in your advert.
My friends were waiting for me to feed back to them what the afternoon tea was like so that they could place orders, but I cannot recommend Weydining on the food that was delivered to me.
Suggested solution:
I would like to request a refund of £14.00, half the cost of the wowcher.
