My complaint:
I received a full refund from a supplier for an item which they could not provide. The refund was £22.24, the supplier fully refunded my costs back to Wowcher who put it into my Wallet as a voucher. I requested the refund to come back to my Paypal account which they did but only refunded £18.99. They are not responding to my requests for the rest of the money I’m owed.
Suggested solution:
By paying me the rest of the money I spent on an item the supplier saw fit to refund fully.
