My complaint:

I ordered a bed and mattress on the 16th of Nov only the bed came about a week later. I messaged wowcher they told me to get intouch with the merchant direct so I did. They said it was running late and would be there within a week. A week passed, messages again they said the same another week passed they then said 10 to 14 days that passed they then said after new year I have told them a number of times I dont not need the mattress not more and want to send the bed back and be refunded on both as its the 7th of Jan and I bough a bed else where. They keep ignoring my refund request and saying the mattress is out on the van for delivery then saying its not out for delivery yet. The bed can’t be picked up because they are fully worked. But I asked for a refund and for the bed to be collected over a month ago. I just want a refund, when I mention it to wowcher I get told to email then and its just the same processes over and over I will be going to trading standards soon along with citizens advice

Suggested solution:

Picking up the unwanted bed thats still unopened, cancelling the mattress as I asked and giving me a refund
