My complaint:
Hi I ordered some earbuds on the 27th of July when I go back through my orders it just says buy again. I never received anything and I never got a email saying it’s been delivered so I don’t really know what’s happened. Hopefully you can help.
Suggested solution:
Hopefully, they can tell me what’s happened, the money came out my bank so I’ve paid for something that’s not arrived.
