Complaint: Only given half a refund

My complaint:

I bought a voucher to use at a london hotel, redeemed it, and booked the hotel. Then we went into lockdown, so I tried to change the booking.

The hotel cancelled the booking, as in order to move it to a later date, I had to pay more money, which I couldn’t afford to do. Then I tried to contact wowcher, using whatsapp and live chat as they don’t have any other options. After several days of being ignored, they refunded £129.50 to my wowcher wallet – I paid £270 for my hotel booking, and I do not wish t ever use wowcher again, so I don’t want wowcher credit, I want a refund, and I want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK, not less than half

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They should give me all of my money back - £270 not £139.50 - and they should refund it to my card, not to my wowcher account

And some acknowledgement would be appreciated, rather than just ignoring me
