My complaint:
Money in credit wallet £305 has been taken out and no one has contacted me from woucher to explain despite them saying they would be in touch with me within 24hrs they have just ignored all my WhatsApp messages.
It’s now two days later. No one said at the time of my refund that I had to use the credit within a time limit. How can they steal peoples money like this and get away with it? It is theft!!
Suggested solution:
They should put my credit back into my wallet and at least advise me if a time limit to use it if that is the case.
