My complaint:
I had £119 in my wallet.Was just going thru some products to buy while I was surfing thru it went as items being bought. Called them to get refund and the advisor suggested me to put it in the wowcher wallet which was£99 rather than back to my account but was never yold ot would expire after certain time if I don’t use the credit.Wanted to use the credit it was zero on the wallet
Emailed them for moneybags but replied yo me saying it is expired they will not give the refund at all.This is the way and plan that they take money from anyone who has money in their wallet.Pure theft
