My complaint:
I ordered a double bed frame..Wowcher code 39131159,,order 3331021. I paid £20 extra for delivery!… it was supposed to be delivered by the 3 September 2021.. it’s now the 9th September.. I have contacted them on WhatsApp an got no help.. useless. They just send the odd message then ignore.
Suggested solution:
They need to deliver the item ASAP.
