My complaint:
I booked an appointment on the 6th September on the phone and the merchant asked for my voucher code. I told the merchant my voucher code and the merchant said it has been redeemed already in May! I was very shocked about this and told the merchant I’ve never been there before.So I contact wowcher on WhatsApp they asked for my details and then i need to contact the merchant to contact wowcher back! So I phone the merchant they said they are waiting for wowcher to call back to them and now the voucher has expired!
Suggested solution:
I just want to know if I can have another voucher code. I have paid already and I can't have my refund its been over 30 days!
