My complaint:
Wowcher kindly agreed to credit a spa break form July 20 that we were not able to attend.
There had been a lot of issues with booking re-booking and as a consequence credited an extra £20.
This meant we had £115 pounds to spend on other wowchers – we only wanted to book on spa break as that was the original booking.
No matter what route you go through you cannot speak to a human being.
Your practices are unethical and as such you should be ashamed.
I would have preferred it if the original merchant kept the money at least it would not just go to someone for doing nothing.
Suggested solution:
Re-credit at least the £90.60 we are out of pocket.
Send an email stating the credit is expiring. Why would I check when you cannot book at spa?
Be mindful that spas did not re-open until 18th May - so how could we have booked anything earlier?
