My complaint:

A mattress was supposed to be delivered 03.05.23 didn’t arrive, I have requested refund and they request 48 hrs then ask same questions I’ve already answered and request further 48hrs. The service has been discussing, they’ve had my money for nearly 2 months and I hav no mattress. Customer service is discusting

Suggested solution:

Full refund. I don't want voucherd
