My complaint:
I ordered a mobile phone on a speedy delivery which cost £13 through Wowcher and then found out from the merchant that they don’t offer this service. It took a week to get the phone. Merchant said get in contact with Wowcher for a refund, Wowcher said get in contact with Merchant and the battle still continues with no one taking responsibility. Now Wowcher won’t chat and have blocked me. I asked for a refund in £ and not refund to my wallet and Kelsey cut the chat and it went to rating the chat!
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund of £13 back in my bank account.
