My complaint:

I bought a wowcher for a restaurantshard deal just as the covid crisis was starting. We were not able to use it. My wife and I are classed as at risk. We are only now (according to our NHS letters) able to go to restaurants public gatherings etc Wowcher have refused to honour the credit saying it is time expired. Decent businesses have made allowances for covid – do Wowcher consider themselves to be ethical ?

Suggested solution:

Allow credit (about £90) in these covisd circumstances.
