I ordered a bed a king size crushed velvet bed from wowcher on Monday 14th of December I picked a slot for delivery on the Friday 18th December.
Friday morning I threw my old bed out to the skips due to me receiving texts saying it would be delivered between
1pm- 7pm. When the bed arrived around 4pm the driver gave me someone else’s bed bases (wrong colour and wrong size) I didn’t notice until he left. I couldn’t get hold of anybody until the next day on the Saturday 19th it is a nightmare trying to get hold of wowcher no number that gets out through to human being and they say to live chat and that is no human being talking ‘until one working day’.
After me sending so many emails it took a day and a half for someone to ring me and book me a slot for Monday the 21st December between 1pm-7pm
I now have woken up to a voicemail on the same day today saying that they can’t deliver the bed bases until the 29th of December.
Yet again can’t get hold of wowcher. I am so upset and stressed over this. How can they treat customers like this over Christmas , I’m now sleeping in the sette for another 8 days and over Christmas period. Wowcher you should be ashamed of yourselves . I’m asked so many times for you to ring me!!
Can’t even order a bed without that going so so wrong . As if this year haven’t been enough for me.
How to resolve the complaint? Maybe have a telephone line or get back to me !
