My complaint:

I have wowcher credits due to orders being cancelled by manufacturers and one treatment cancelled on medical ground.

I lost both my parents and then I contracted Covid 19.

I was unable to use my credits and it’s only now I feel well enough.

I requested an extension to my credits due to this and wowcher refused.

I feel it was my money and not my fault in the first instance orders were not fulfilled, I do not believe this is an unreasonable request.

Can you help
