My complaint:
I have received a teddy bear fleece double bedding set.
I was expecting a beigebrown set in a nice soft material as described.
Instead I have received a ginger colour set in the most awful material that you could not sleep on. It is disgusting. I have tried using whatsapp and no one is responding to me
