My complaint:
I bought a set of pans through Wowcher from Homevibe which I had to pay 4.99£ for delivery.
The item had scratches and was extremely poorly made so I requested for a return label.
It was soo expensive to send the item back as tracked even thought it was from the uk. So I paid almost 9 pounds for a second class. The item was returned on 24th of June and sent receipt and pictures of the damages. till date I have not received a refund. Wowcher customer service is also the worse and not helping, rather making things soo frustrating.
I tried to contact the merchant who is here in the uk, but the number never went through. They reply to my email like one email every 3 weeks to ask for the same thing ( receipt which I have sent like 10 times already).
And by the way this complaint is on complaint biz..
Suggested solution:
I want my money back already.
