My complaint:
i had to return a steam cleaner that i had purchesed on wowcher back to the supplier ,i was told by wowcher that i would get the postage back once the supplier got the goods back, i received the money back for the goods but not the postage i had to pay out .wowcher said the supplier should pay it and the supplier said that wowcher should pay it so as yet im still £15.04 out of pocket for returning a faulty item back
Suggested solution:
i would like my return postage paid back to me as it is in no way my fault that the item had to be returned
