My complaint:

Order Number: 35458988.
Wowcher Code: K7XYU3-KX9JUY.

Email received that the above wowcher has to be redeemed shortly. However, this is impossible due to COVID 19 regulations. The Hotel in Harrogate will be closed, therefore unable to redeem this wowcher. I do not want to transfer funds for another vacation as we are still in lockdown or purchase further goods.
When I have requested a credit, it will only pay me 50% of the cost of the original wowcher.

Suggested solution:

I feel this is totally unreasonable due to the current restrictions the Government have imposed. The amount of refund is NOT acceptable, I request that I am refunded the FULL amount as I would have used the wowcher under normal circumstances and when redeeming the credit, it will be used for a vacation advertised by yourselves.
