My complaint:
on the 23.6.21 I placed and cancelled an order for a bed for £228 with your company. The order was cancelled My bank is sort 77 95 28 no 86123460 but the funds were taken from my account, Michelle Veal
Suggested solution:
Firstly funds should not have been removed and if the mistake was made should have been rectified. It was only on receipt of my bank statement I found this had happened
