My complaint:
Pay Pal have advised me to contact Wowcher directly to sort out WHY my PayPal Account has been Debited by Wowcher from 15062018 last amount taken April 2021.
WHY??
I have not knowingly authorised this Quarterly amount to be taken from my Paypal Account
I have now stopped the August amount from being taken and informed both PayPal and my Bank.
I would now like Wowcher to Credit my Pay Pal Account with the £152.34 that they owe me.
Please make sure this complaint goes directly to Wowcher.
Suggested solution:
Pay me back what they have taken without my consent. ASAP
I am a Pensioner and that amount would provide food and heating for many weeks.
