My complaint:
Two IPADS bought both faulty but can’t get a refund WOWCHER forwarding emails to Renewed Electronics who are saying WOWCHER has 30 day return of faulty goods but I had bought these as Christmas Presents cost me £234.96 too much money for me too lose also two disappointed grandchildren
Suggested solution:
Either replace faulty goods or give a refund
I’m having the same problem. I’ve reported to trading standards just waiting to hear back. In the meantime I’m just bombarding them on WhatsApp and email. Its an absolute joke. Sick of companies taking the p**s
