My complaint:
I have gifted my sister a spa day for her birthday the details hadn’t been sent to her. Even though on my order it was sent as gifted and says was sent to her aswell. Whilst trying to redeem the voucher she had to try ask for advice. But the person she had spoken to was rude inconsiderate and just absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Suggested solution:
I believe the person who had the conversation needs retraining on there customer service and they should think before they type rude and very unhelpful responses
