My complaint:
I have not travelled with Wizzair much and it seems it will remain this way.
I booked flight tickets for myself and my students for the forthcoming summer.
The tickets were part of the journey but not linked to our other flights.
Another mistake that I did was to book the tickets through the 3rd party.
However, it would not have been a problem if Wizzair had not suddenly decided to change our seats onto another flight, which departs 24h earlier, whenwe would still be in our homeland and too far from the country where we would have to board the plane. Moreover, we purchased our tickets for approx. 200 euro but now, after we have been removed from our initial flight, Wizzair is selling our tickets for 400 euros!
Unfortunately, the company on whose site we purchased the tickets accepted the change for us without consulting us first but this is another topic for complaint.
All in all, does not it seem to you that it is a very clever business plan?
Suggested solution:
I would like Wizzair to restore my booking to how it was OR if the change needs to be made, change it onto the next day, not the previous one.
