My complaint:
A have Ben waiting from 7 in the airport my flight was at 21:15 and it was delayed for 5 hours and 40 minutes. I am still waiting we are with the kids. We are tired and we are still waiting. Is impossible to stay like this with 2 kids both of them under 3.
Suggested solution:
I don’t know I want my money back
