Wizz Air complaint: Wizz Air intentionally misleading its passangers to make them pay additional fees

My complaint:

I was unable to do online checkin and forced to pay 45 EUROS if I want to fly back to Basel.

Suggested solution:

I wish to be refunded for the huge additional fee that I was forced to pay at the airport if I want to fly back to Basel
