My complaint:
Booked flights, paid maximum fees which state in event of cancellation they will refund or credit. When I tried to rebook flights and trust credit, they said I cannot use credit for other flights only for miscellaneous other things. I said I have no use for other stuff, only flights. They said it’s in the terms and conditions. In other words, they cancelled flights, kept my £500 and even though it’s a credit in my account, I cannot use it against the flights I want,
Suggested solution:
Provide me with alternative flights as attempted to book or refund.
