My complaint:

I have been in the airport trying to check in since 3pm March 6 (7hrs before my flight) but the system won’t allow me to check in. It showed the check in system was not available. I waited until 3 hrs before the flight to check again as there was no one to approach to at the check in gate beforehand. have had to join the queue which took over 1 hr from 7pm. I was then asked to pay 45 euros to check in on the desk. It was not explained to me as to why, surely they could have just printed my boarding pass without paying as this is not my fault. But the check in agents were very unhelpful and i find the extra charge of 45 euros unfair.

Suggested solution:

I want my refund of 45 euros for the unfair airport charge. It was not my fault i could not check in online.
