My complaint:
I booked a flight back in April for Riyadh to Rome in September. I made a bank transfer to Wizz Air because my card didn’t work. I received ation of the flight booking. When I went to search my flight on the Wizz Air App it wasn’t there. After numerous emails to customer service I discovered the flight was not booked as Wizz air didn’t receive my payment in time.
I have since been trying to get the amount of approximately 350 dollars back. On the 12th of July Wizz air informed me they had actioned the payment at last and I would receive it between 12 to 30 days later. I am still waiting. Honestly if this is how they treat customers then they don’t deserve any. It is so disrespectful.
Suggested solution:
Please send me the refund this week. No more delays or waiting.
