My complaint:

We reached there on time and we asked about boarding card but they told us it’s early wait 20to30 minutes and then after 30minutes we went again but they told us it’s late you need to pay extra then we paid 48€ they took my debit card and they cut another 40£ without inform us I really don’t understand why they behave like that???????

Suggested solution:

I think they need to tell us the reason why they did like that and if there is no reason to do so we want our money back
