My complaint:

I have written and submitted and called WIZZAIR ( which is another issue ) to receive a refund. They have assured a refund will be forthcoming, stated 14th May 2022. I am still waiting for payment. They sent me an invoice of the refund, attached.

Suggested solution:

PAY me the money due!
