Wizz Air complaint: Denied boarding refund of ticket and luggage costs

My complaint:

We were travelling from abu dhabi international Airport to Athens via Wizz Air on 30th April 2021. We had all the documents as requested by the airlines via emails and text messages prior to boarding and while booking. The negative PCR tests and a code generated after submission of our travel plan to greece govt. Still the airlines refused boarding us on flight at the checkin counter. They didn’t give us a chance to face the emigration officer at Athens nor let us speak with them on phone. They spoke to someone internally and decided we can’t fly to greece even though we met all the requirements for visa and covid tests.

Suggested solution:

We want our full refund for all three tickets as we were denied boarding with no written explanation and refund for our luggage cost too.
