My complaint:
Wise unexpectedly closed my account on 08/11/2023. As they said – It‘s because how you use, or plan to use Wise, isn‘t allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy. But I’ve never use Wise for any illegal actions.
There left more than 3 thousand EUR on my Wise account, so it making me deprassing and in massive financial trouble. It was all my money for the next paycheck from my employeer.
Suggested solution:
I kindly ask to send my funds to my account in DNB bank I provided to Wise.
