Wise complaint: REFUND OWED TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM ACCOUNT

My complaint:

Wise have refused to transfer me my money that’s within the account
I had two refunds issued into an apparently deactivated account on august 4th
My account was deactivated on June 16th therefore money should not have gone into the account since that date
Wise are refusing to transfer the money within the account from the 4th of august of over £1200 to my new bank details without reason and are withholding my money deliberately
This is making me suicidal and in massive financial trouble

Suggested solution:

Transfer the funds from the 4th august x 2 and any other funds to my new bank account immediately
