My complaint:
My issue is that I was using wise multi currency account for my business. My account was business and registered on my proper business details as well as my own details. On 14th June 2023, wise deactivated my account without any notification or email. After deactivation, I was contact with wise team to know the reason but team said we don’t know why your account is deactivated. After this, I submit appeal multiple times and submit my all documents again which were required by wise team. I gave another bank account also for my funds transfer but wise didn’t release my funds yet. I’m very frustrating so please help me. Almost $7K to $9k were available in my wise account
