My complaint:
I have done small transactions here and there and decided to sign up as to get low fees and currency exchanging compared to traditional banking with transfer wise. I had my account opened for less than one week after I fully completed verification and submitted an appeal. I have some funds so they are holding my money without solving the issue.
I hope more people can come forward with their complaints so they can actually take care of their customers and just not close accounts without reasoning

Ask me for any requiredadditional documentation or information instead of just shutting down services on people
