My complaint:

My account was closed by Wise bank. First i was given a reason for the closure and then my funds held in the account is yet to be refunded back to me. I sent several email to wise bank and i was told the bank had to do a due diligent process on the account before the funds could be refunded back. I was informed that this process could take up to 60 days. The account was closed on the 12 of april. Now this is the 69th day and am yet to get my refund. I have send several messages and havent gotten reply. The fund held is for my business and i have suffered losses due to not having access to this fund. I have had to borrow money from family in other to carry out my business.
