My complaint:
I did a money transfer on 31 May, and due to incorrect account number the money could never reach the recipient.
On 28th of June the Recipient Bank, Bank of Georgia issued a refund back to my account. But the money never reached my account. It is almost 3 weeks passed.
I’m very disappointed and frustrated as the wise never took responsibility about that and every day they answer that they will take a look at it.
The approval statement that the refund has been bounced was sent to the Wise. So there is a prove that Bank of Georgia did a refund.
