Wise complaint: TransferWise hold my money

My complaint:

I have done a transaction with transfer wise and it has been now one week and the transaction is not completed yet and they are holding my money without solving the issue.

It seems that they have problems with their partners and they asked customers to get in touch with them which is awkward.

I hope I could sue them for such a distress

Suggested solution:

They should care, that is it.

Just by informing me what’s happening and the next steps.

Same to me they froze my , my wife account for check without any reason…

I am waiting for a transfer from the USA to Thailand. It was apparently sent on the 03rd January and today is the 11th January, nothing received ??
