My complaint:
My girlfriend and I placed an order for wings online for pickup, when we arrived we were told they were out of chicken. How a wing restaurant runs out of wings is not understandable to me. We were told that we would receive a refund on the card used. We have yet to see a refund and when we call the manager is not available or not there. This is not how any business should treat its costumers, this is stealing money.
Suggested solution:
Wingstop should refund our money as any business should and hope that they don't lose our business entirely for the aggravation it has been trying to get our money back.
