Wingstop complaint: Missing food from delivery

My complaint:

Ordered a delivery for my 3 year old daughter and I. I only ordered two meals and one of the large fries were missing. I called and waited 10mins on hold to speak to a manager. His name is Kyle Jean. I explained what was missing and he said that was although it was their error, there was nothing he could do except offer for me to pick up the fries myself. I explained that that was impossible and that I wanted a refund and he not only refused but was laughing at me. I’ve never dealt with customer service and a manager who was that rude. I’m shocked and will never ever order from there again.

Suggested solution:

I will never order from them again but a refund would be the right thing to do.
