My complaint:

As I walk in the lady was very nice and did her best with the rush they got in. As I ordered I didn’t get the correct order which was a large fry with Cajun sauce on the side. Idk what happened but since the manager was busy he messed it up twice. He kept complaining about me to the lady that I ordered from so at that point I just wanted my money back for the food. As I requested the manager then told the lady no because I got my food. So here I am stuck with food and since he didn’t want to give me a refund he gave me my correct order. At this point the manager sucks very rude didn’t even come up to apologize or talk instead HE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT ME to his co worker which he was treating like shit. She is one person he needs to be demoted or even fired. As a manager And how he was acting I can only imagine if there’s a high turn over. I know I’m only 1 customer but if this is how he manages and talks about your customer it sucks.
