My complaint:
I came into the store to place an order at 11:35pm Store doesn’t close until 12 Midnight, I was told that they cannot take my order after 11:30 in store, I have been to this location before and placed an order after 11:30pm in store with no problem, is this a policy to not take an order after 11:30pm or not? Every other restaurant will take your order, why won’t wing Stop?
Suggested solution:
I would like an explanation and a courtesy meal for my inconvenience of driving to this store for nothing, had I known this I would've never stopped here, I know for a fact that I've placed an order before after 11:30pm in store
