Wingstop complaint: I’ve been charged twice for order! Need reimbursement

My complaint:

I keep calling to try and get the funds returned to me that were token on accident for some reason. I disputed everything immediately because I was not happy that I went to the location picked my food up to then be charged more for food I didn’t order and then paid for and did not need get or want it. Due to me already having my food door dash then had to give me a reference number to give wingstop in order to resolve . I have many other things to do then to call daily and try to obtain what is mine and keep being frustrated because the manager “Jaime” is never on sorry or aware of resolving this matter that has been well to long to still not be resolved!

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and I should get some kind of a call consideration that I have been ignored hung up on and I’m attaching the refund reference number that should give me my money that has been token now almost a month. I would like a meal compensation and my money reimbursed for all my hassle and trouble waiting.
